Our easy to navigate web site maintains record of all open and completed appraisals as well as status and is available for your convenience 24 hours a day. Jeder National aims to simplify the appraisal process and offers a full time quality control panel, as well as Live Help representatives, available Monday through Friday.
All appraisers on our nationwide panel are fully HVCC and FHA compliant. The appraiser selection process is handled in a meticulous manner to ensure panel appraisers are providing exemplary valuation services. All appraisers are subject to internal audits to ensure the quality of work does not waiver at any point of affiliation with our firm. In addition to state licensure/certification, all panel appraisers are required to have thorough and updated knowledge of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and are equipped with Errors and Omissions Insurance. In addition to each appraiser's individual coverage, our firm carries a blanket policy on all reports to further ensure our firm's integrity and our clients' piece of mind.
